You may use SomStream only in compliance with applicable law and these Terms. You are responsible for your account, the activity performed through it, and keeping your login credentials secure.

You must provide accurate information when it is required for your account or use of the Service.

You retain ownership of content you create and submit through SomStream. You give SomStream the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, display, or otherwise handle that content solely to operate and provide the features you choose to use.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed for content you upload, record, broadcast, or distribute, including permission from guests and participants where required.

You may not use SomStream to violate the law, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, distribute malicious software, interfere with the Service, gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts, impersonate others deceptively, or use the Service for fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity.

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, third parties, SomStream, or the security and integrity of the Service.

SomStream may integrate with services such as YouTube, TikTok, or other third-party platforms. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms, policies, eligibility rules, and technical limitations.

Connecting a third-party account does not guarantee that every third-party feature will be available to every user. You are responsible for complying with the rules of platforms to which you publish or stream.

Some SomStream features may be free and others may require a paid plan. Where a paid plan is offered, applicable pricing and included features will be shown before purchase. Taxes may apply where required.

We may change plans, features, or pricing prospectively. Material changes affecting an existing paid subscription will be communicated where required by applicable law.

We work to keep SomStream reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may occasionally be changed, suspended, or unavailable because of maintenance, security, infrastructure, legal requirements, or changes made by third-party platforms.

SomStream’s software, design, branding, logos, and other materials provided by SomStream are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of SomStream intellectual property to you.

You may stop using SomStream at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of a serious or repeated breach of these Terms, security risks, unlawful activity, or legal requirements. Where appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to address the issue.

The Service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SomStream is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from use of the Service or from third-party services outside SomStream’s control.

We may update these Terms as the Service develops or legal requirements change. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
